This large interior holding tall commercial freezer accepts GN 2/1. A precision high density polyurethane insulation provides excellent thermal efficiency, contributing to low running costs.
The cabinet comes with mobile swivel castors and can go through any standard doorway making it convenient for all professional caterers. The defrost management system has a dual device to speed up the process and reduce over freezing of the evaporator. A bottom mounted compressor means easy maintenance and excellent cooling.
