The Unifrost 5/10 Blast chiller & shock freezer is rapid and also a fast freezing cabinet. It is for cooling produce to safe temperatures. It has a modern digital controller with very low energy consumption.
To speed up the cooling process for large quantities of hot food, you can use a blast chiller to chill down food especially if you chill lots of food in your business. A Blast chiller shock freezer is specially designed to chill hot foods quickly and safely.
This strong, reliable workhorse is suitable for any catering business. The interior takes GN pans and can also take euro bakery trays.
- Blast chills from 70°C to 3°C in 90 mins, & shock freezes from 70°C to -18°C in 240 mins
- Chills 40 Kg in 90 minutes, & freezes 30 Kg in 240 minutes
- The 5 or 10-tray blast chiller has powerful EBM fan motors which make it possible to bring temperatures down so fast
- Takes GN1/1 or EN1 pastry trays

- Dixell digital controller with 4 x touch programs
