Tecnoinox Free-standing 120-liter Electric Bratt Pan with flexible temperature control from 45°C to 300 °C solves cooking needs even at high temperatures. These large 120-liter capacities tilting electric Bratt pans are designed to meet the daily needs of medium to large-size restaurants, the catering sector, as well as centralized cooking centers. The unit is all AISI 304 grade stainless steel for long-lasting rust-proof durability and high-temperature uniform cooking. Perfect for bulk cooking in a variety of methods allows users to braise, shallow fry, or boil a variety of food products in large quantities. The machine comes with either an automatic tilting Bratt Pan or a manual tilting mechanism. The machine operates on 15 kW of power for heavy performance and requires a 3-phase power supply.
