Combisteel Single Door Saladette 7450.0725 is ideal if you are looking for a compact unit. This unit requires less maintenance and automatically defrosts with pre-set intervals, however, if the door to the saladette is opened or the contents of the saladette are changed frequently it may become necessary to defrost the saladette manually. Comes with a volume capacity of 109 liters it can adjust GN 1/1 tray which makes it very easy to keep lodge prep items without any hassle of transfer. This saladette unit comes with a reversible door to give you the freedom of keeping it anywhere, moreover, the normal plug-and-play ensures that you don’t need any installation. The unit uses R600a gas as a refrigerant with a temperature range of 2°C to 8 °C
