The scuttle has perforated drain plates to remove excess oil and ensure chips are as crisp as possible. The fact that both the drain plates and the tank can be removed makes the scuttle very easy to clean. Great for schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels, and cafes, the scuttle also has adjustable temperature control.
