This unit requires certain accessories such as 36 holes (10 x 10 mm) RE975001 and 64 holes (10 x 10 mm) RE975002 cutters, which are essential for cutting the fryers in the desired sizes. Apart from this, you can add a stainless steel board with nails to fix this unit permanently onto a wall in case you are using it very frequently.
