These trolleys are very basic in design and require no power/installation or even assembly and come with no electronics features such as temperature regulatory components, however, they are one of the handiest units for any commercial kitchen. Quite heavy-duty, this unit can make it easier to carry and place your freshly baked bread quickly. Pujadas trolley comes with 4 nylon plate castors for smooth movement even on the carpet, moreover, two castors have lockable brakes which give it firm stability even on a carpet or even on tough marble/wooden flooring.
