It’s the perfect way to showcase various food items such as tapas, sushi, or fish. This version has 52 liters of capacity, however, it can hold 5 x 1/3 GN containers which means you can easily display up to 5 items at any time. This unit boasts a curved glass display which not only gives a luxurious look but also reduces the service time while checking the ingredients. The unit uses the latest technology for a specialized cooling cycle to reduce ice formation.
