Description
The Maxima Solid Top Boiling Plate or cooking surface is made from 22 mm thick cast iron and includes different thermal zones so that you can always cook what you need when you need it. In the center circle, the temperature can get up to 500°C; on the outer edge, the temperature decreases to around 200°C. Thanks to the smooth surface, this Solid Top boiling plate is very easy to clean. The large drip tray also contributes to this. This is situated in the front so you can easily slide it out to empty and clean it. Thanks to the piezoelectric ignitions, it can get up and running quickly and safely It also comes with a safety valve with a thermocouple for extra safety while in operation.
