Description
The Maxima Kamado Compact Barbecue Ceramic Grill is a real all-rounder – from grilling to slow cooking, this barbecue can do it all. The Kamado BBQ is a robust, egg-shaped BBQ made of mullite and is baked at high temperatures. This makes the sides resistant to heat and temperature changes and regulations. Air vents on the lid and at the bottom of the BBQ serve as an air inlet and ensure stable air circulation. On the inside is a fire bowl, also made from ceramic, which keeps the coals and ash separate. The outside and the chassis, straps, and hinges are made from coated steel, however, the cooking grid is made of stainless steel.
