Description
Mareno gas boiling tops are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. 20/10 pressed top without flue apertures, designed for flush alignment and to accommodate the water column accessory. The appliance comprises 2, 4, or optional 8 sealed burners with a maximum output of 10 kW. Safety tap with thermocouple for continuous output control from 2.5 to 10 kW—main burner ignition by means of the permanent, low-energy pilot burner (170 W). The pilot burner and thermocouple are located underneath the main burner body, protected from accidental impact and spills. Hob features radiused corners for easy cleaning and pan supports in RAAF enameled cast-iron (acid, alkali, and flame resistant). IPX5 protection rating.
