The hard-wearing 12 mm thick steel plate provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, while the griddle is thermostatically controlled to give accurate temperatures during the cooking process for consistent results. The plate is fully welded into the frame in order to prevent leaks and in places where food and carbon can build up a removable front drainer drawer makes it easy for cleaning. The unit comes with flame failure Piezo ignition for easy lighting of the burners and safety.
