Description
The Seal Food Preparation Bar has precise thermostatic temperature control with a digital display and high/low-temperature warning, which gives the user confidence that their food will stay fresh. The unit holds food at 3°C to 7°C in ambient conditions with up to 25°C and 60% relative humidity. Efficient R600a refrigerant ensures optimum performance whilst maintaining compact dimensions. Well, the base and side refrigeration maintain even cooling throughout the bar’s length. The equipment has an energy-efficient close-fitting gastronorm container setup, however, the GN containers are not included with the standard unit price. Robust stainless steel construction hygienic and easy to clean.
