The Lincat hot cupboard has a heated base mechanism instead of gantry heat so that it can warm things uniformly. With a three-pin plug-and-play, Panther hot cupboards need no hardwiring and can be installed anywhere without hassle. The Panther PLH45/XP cupboard has extra power of 1.5 kW as compared to standard cupboards which are 0.75 kW
