Opus Single-Tank Free Standing Electric Fryer comes with precise thermostatic control that enables you to control up to 190°C. The fryer is ideal for a variety of busy commercial kitchens, whether it’s a large pub or a restaurant. The oil drains efficiently through the body of the fryer, while the hinged, lift-out element with a safety interlock makes it easy to access and clean the tank. The 300 mm Wide Opus 800 Single Tank Electric Fryer is slim enough to adjust in any narrow area where space is premium. The Fryer requires a 12 kW from 400 volts electric supply and requires a three-phase installation.
