Making maximum use of minimum space, the fryer is thermostatically controlled to give better and more consistent cooking results. Stainless steel tanks and nickel-plated baskets make for easy cleaning, while the safety thermostat prevents overheating for added safety. The Lynx Electric Counter Top Fryer is available in 4 different versions to choose from such as a 184 mm single tank slimline standby fryer and a 2 x 3 kW twin-tank fryer to cook different foods at the same time while reducing cross-contamination. The 3 kW large single-tank fryer, is designed for free frying of battered or breaded products, especially fish.
