With a work surface of 235mm, Wide x 1822mm long this gives you plenty of room for preparing your dish.
Having more fridge capacity enables you to order more stock and cut down on deliveries saving you money over time. Also with the prep countermodels, you can utilize more space in your kitchen than usual. All commercial fridge units are pre-programmed to hold a temperature of 3 degrees celsius.
