With its large storage capacity under and top itemizer unit, your customer will not be waiting too long for their freshly made salad, sandwich, or Pizza. With a work surface of 235 mm, Wide x 1822 mm long this gives you plenty of room for preparing your dish.
Having more fridge capacity enables you to order more stock and cut down on deliveries saving you money over time. Also with the prep countermodels, you can utilize more space in your kitchen than usual. All commercial fridge units are pre-programmed to hold a temperature of 3°C
