Description
The GO Series 24 tray blast chiller from Fruilinox is completely built-in AISI 304 stainless steel both internally and externally, with a handle integrated into the door. This Fruilinox 24-tray blast chiller is made for the busiest commercial production kitchen and can accommodate 24 x GN1/1 Sizes, 24 x EN 600×400, or 30 x Standard 5 Litre Ice-Cream tubs 360x165x120. The machine has indirect blowing electronic fans, efficient but gentle on food. The machine is suitable for blast chilling or shock freezing and ice cream hardening for up to 30 five-liter containers. (see options)
