Frifri Electric Counter Top Fryers offer the same output and features as the Basic+ range. Precise electronic temperature control, for example, maintains oil temperature within +/-1°C of the selected setting improving food quality and extending oil life. Temperature range of 150°C to 190°C set by rotary control knob in increments of 5°C for greater cooking accuracy.
