These stainless steel custom wall shelves are fully welded & also manufactured in Ireland in the Delvo Engineering workshop. Also, the visible welds are ground down to a Hygienic Food Safety Finish.
The reason why stainless steel is such a perfect material for commercial food operations is because it is a non porous, wipe clean surface, that is also extremely durable. Another thing that is often forgotten about this material is that it is 100% recyclable, and often reusable.
The Delvo Tailored Wall Shelves allow you to make the following bespoke alterations: –
- Along with the standard AISI430Q grade you can also manufacture in the higher grades of AISI304Q or even AISI316Q Stainless Steel Material.
- Adjust the length of your shelf to any sizes up to 2500mm
- Adjust the width of your shelf to any width up to 500mm
- AISI430Q Stainless Steel Construction Throughout in 1.2mm 180-220 Grit finish.
- 25x25x1.2mm Stainless Steel 304q Box Section wall brackets as standard
- These stainless steel custom wall shelves are manufactured in Rep. of Ireland by our sister company Delvo Engineering Ltd.
- All joints are also fully welded making the Delvo shelves rigid and extremely durable.
- All visible welds grinded and polished to a food hygiene standard
