Description
Why do you need fridges for chocolate? The oxidation of chocolate is exactly what every chocolatier wants to avoid. To get the best results you need to store your chocolate in a cool, dry place. In order to store the chocolate, the temperature set point must be +12°C to +18°C and the humidity must be under 65% RH. The best thing when you choose a Combisteel chocolate storage refrigerator is that you do not need to change the humidity and temperature values of the refrigerator. This unit also uses R290 refrigerant gas which is natural hydrocarbon. R290 is known for its eco-green properties.
The unit comes with a normal stand/legs and 4 x 2/1 GN grids, however, castors are available on demand, and you can also order 4 extra sets of grids while you shop on the cart.
