Banks Industrial Gas Hob offers 2, 4, and 6 hobs powerful burners/open boiling tops which are heavy-duty in nature to withstand any busy commercial kitchen setup, however, they are countertop units and require stands to operate. These units need a gas connection and can be operated on both propane and bottled gas depending upon your existing connection.
