Atosa compact blast chiller gives you the capacity you need at the right price. The Atosa EBF-03 blast chiller can chill up to 10 kg and shock freeze up to 5 kg, while Atosa EBF-05 with 5 trays can chill up to 25 Kg and shock freeze up to 15 kg. Ideally, a blast chiller is one of the mandatory pieces of equipment in a commercial kitchen as per the guidelines of FSAI. Atosa Blast chiller/Shock Freezer is very economical in price based on its functionality and capacity. New technology is a low-energy system that is safer for our environment. Rapid blast chill or fast freeze to the required temperature at a safe level to prevent bacterial growth. It also has a very convenient height of 870 mm that can blend into almost any catering premises.
