The KOBAR 350×350 Compact Glasswasher is the ideal machine for a busy coffee shop, bar, or restaurant with limited space and a high volume of glasses and cups to be washed. In accordance with current FSAI regulations the wash tank temperature is factory set for 65°C and the Rinse cycle is set for a temperature of 85 Degrees Celsius, this will also act as a sterilizer as most germs will be killed when exposed to this temperature.
