The RFG 8 or RFG 12 B is an efficient single 8/10 liters oil tank gas fryer. The Roller grill countertop gas fryer is quite powerful yet compact enough for any mobile caterer. The Roller grill countertop gas fryer is ideal to fry chips even from a frozen state with a good capacity of 13 kg/h fresh output. The equipment includes a  dedicated slotted “fish plate” for ease and better results. The burners are located beneath the oil container for ease of operation, cleaning, and maintenance. The safety tap drains the oil easily and conveniently. The temperature of the fryer is controlled by a thermostat which not only adds a safety feature but also ensures a temperature of 180ºC. Piezo ignition features in the machine double up the security feature while making the machine start easily.
