The Tefcold Glass Froster GF200VSG is a stylish stainless steel single-door back bar cooler, with the ability to have a temperature set between -15 and -2°C. The unit has a brushed stainless steel exterior and a mirror stainless interior. This unit can be used as a glass froster but also for storage of spirits (with a high alcohol percentage) that you want to serve at a negative temperature such as vodka.
Chilling down the glass before serving is essential to preserve the temperature of the drink for the customer, adding to the experience, moreover, the cold surface of the glass causes water to condense out of the air, creating a visually appealing effect for the customer, especially when the drink is being prepared in front of them.
