Description
The Unifrost open display cold toppings fridge is simply designed and also incorporates a stainless lid ideal for fast service.
This model accepts GN1/4 and GN1/2 size containers with a depth max of 150mm. It is ideal for preparing salads, cooled meats, pizza ingredients, and also sandwiches or wraps. This unit is portable and can be mounted on the top of work tables and counter fridges.
The thermostat of all fridges and chill storage cabinets should be set at a temperature that will ensure that the temperature of the food is between 0°C and 5°C. This is to keep the food outside the danger zone (5°C – 63°C) so bacteria will not multiply (or will multiply very slowly). In general, fridges set at 3°C or 4°C will ensure that the food is between 0°C and 5°C.
