Inomak Gastronorm Saladette with display comes with high-grade construction such as a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated evaporator or 304 high-grade stainless steel interior and exterior. The unit uses the latest R290 natural found hydrocarbon as refrigerant which is not only very eco-friendly but also easy to get past through any emission inspection and saves you from extra running costs. The unit uses all GN containers for easy placement of ingredients and has a digital display for easy monitoring.
