This Maxima stainless steel hot display is a professional holding cabinet for keeping warm sandwiches, appetizers, and snacks. It comes with beautiful glass doors on the front and back and a temperature range between 30°C to 90°C controlled by an analog knob. The unit has nice glass sliding doors at the front and glass windows on four sides, however, the epoxy-coated stainless steel construction reinforces the unit for better durability. The Maxima hot display comes with LED light inside which gives your merchandise the best display, moreover, the reservoir helps in maintaining sufficient humidification which not only avoids roasting of the food items but also keeps them in their original texture. The unit can be placed anywhere on the front of the counter, free-standing, or simply on top of your billing counter.
