The Infrio Double Door Large fan-assisted commercial Fridge is suitable for all types of catering and food establishments. This unit is manufactured in stainless steel exterior and interior with rounded corners allowing for no dirt traps.
The shelves are sized to support 2/1 GN sizes so you can easily transfer product directly from your blast chiller into the fridge without needing to transfer it to another container.
This refrigerator, compliant with FSAI standards, maintains temperatures between -2°C and +8°C. It features a non-protruding evaporator, fully automatic operation with defrost, and an electronic controller with a preset temperature display. Includes six shelves (three per door), with extra shelves available. Equipped with castors for easy movement.
