The temperature in these units ranges between 30°C to 90°C which gives you the flexibility to keep a variety of food as per their specific requirement, moreover, the humidity pan within further ensures that the foods are not over-dried and lose their original texture and flavor. The units have internal illumination in order to give the food better lighting and display, however, the frontal decal has its own illumination which not only attracts the customer’s attention but also gives you an option for proper branding and display.
