Description
Opus single-tank free-standing electric fryer comes with precise thermostatic control that enables you to control up to 190°C. The fryer is ideal for a variety of busy commercial kitchens, whether it’s a large pub or a restaurant. The oil drains efficiently through the body of the fryer, while the hinged, lift-out element with a safety interlock makes it easy to access and clean the tank. The Opus single-tank electric fryer requires a 14 kW from 400 volts electric supply and requires a three-phase installation. The machine has IP24 in the water ratings.

The Equipment can be added with a gravity filtration kit at a nominal cost, though there is an upgraded version also available with pumped filtration OE8114/OP. The two-stage filtration system not only extends oil life by up to 75% but also saves you money and the hassle of frequent oil changes.
