The Firebrick Base Pizza Oven is designed to bake deep pan, thin crust, and fresh dough, as well as a variety of other foods such as ciabatta, naan, and garlic bread. The oven has thermostatic control and with temperature, a display gauge to monitor the oven temperature more accurately. Constructed from a single-piece firebrick base, this Lincat standard-range Pizza oven gives your pizza that perfect crisp base. A perfect base for all types of pizza. The specially designed separate heat controls for the top and base of the compartment for uniform heat transfer. The fully insulated doors not only ensure high energy efficiency but also confirm a safe operation in the compact kitchen. With uniform heat transfer, high-quality insulation, and thermostatically controlled temperature, this pizza oven has the capacity to reach a maximum temperature of 400°C.
