Moreover, these hot iron plates are best suitable for commercial kitchens where a flame is not an option but requires intense heat for cooking dishes such as curry and sauces. This unit comes with 4 burners top two of 2.7 kW elements for large stock pots and two energy-saving 2.0 kW elements which produce controllable heat gradient throughout the cast iron plate using the central areas for rapid boiling and outer areas for simmering and holding however, the oven is 6 kW making this unit an overall 15.4 kW powerful high-performance machine.
